“and,"和",and"的区别是什么？

and,表示前面句子的主体状态或动作尚未结束，但需要停顿一下，一是引起注意，二是句子结构需要平衡；如：

而,and表示前面句子的意思状态已经基本完成，and后面的或者是另外一个主体，或者是与前面句子的主体相同，但状态或动作已经与前面句子关系不大甚至没有关系，如：
The committee issued the policy, and the people had a prompt reaction on it.

“and,"后面一般是接一个插入语,表示补充说明,而且是与后面的内容相关的插入语.",and"一般用于两个完整当时相关句子的连接,或者三个以上单词或词组的连接.
